Peach with bergamot is a new flavour for easter. The bergamot citrus fruit is a rare sight in Denmark and is mostly known from its particular flavour in Earl Grey tea. The sweet/sour peach in combination with the bergamot is an unusually delicious and nuanced tasting experience, which surprises most people.

A warm, spicy bite that balances the sweet, sour and bitter tasting nuances. By extracting the nuances from the elderflower we get a concentrated flavour that is rich on freshness and sweetness as well as a slight acidity known from the flower. We use fresh, young ginger root which is dried and blended. By means of the drying process the gingeroler is converted to shagoaoler, which intensifies the sharp spicy flavour.
