A delicate connection of flavours
A varm, spicy bite balances the sweet, sour and bitter notes. By extracting the nuances from the elderflower we generate a concentrated flavour, rich on bothfreshness and sweetness, as well as discrete bitter characteristics from the flower. We use fresh, young ginger root that is dehydrated and blended. By the process of drying the gingeroler is converted to shagoaoler, which intensifies the sharp, spicy flavour.

We use fresh oranges and lime fruits that are freeze-dried and pulverised. The freezing technique ensures that many aromas and characteristics of the fruit are preserved without adding any colours or preservatives.

Winter is coming. This wine gums unites two of the danish summer's great champions. Cherry and elderflower. The delicate sweet and sour flavour of the elderflower coated in the characteristic deep red and almost marzipan like flavour of the cherry, has put this wine gum among the favourites.
We have chosen a slightly sour cherry to make the wine gum as fresh as possible

Blackcurrant is a highly aromatic and is recognised as a deep and intense fruity flavour. In order to preserve the natural characteristics of the berry, our winegum is made with the real berries as a natural aroma.
We use 100% ripe, fresh organic strawberries that are freezedried and then blended into a powder. The freezedrying technique ensures that all the fresh, sweet tastes of the natural berry is preserved with no artificial colours or flavours added.
