The passionfruit has - with its distinct taste and zent - found its way to many peoples hearts. The acidity and sweetness of the passionfruit go briliantly together with the deep sweetness of the mango.
The combination between two such powerful exotic fruits, such as the mango and passionfruit, gives an explosion of delightful taste with the strength from the intensity of both fruits. We use freezedried, freshly harvested passionfruit which is powderised. This intensifies the taste and zent, thereby creating a fantastic taste and zent experience.

A delicate connection of flavours
A varm, spicy bite balances the sweet, sour and bitter notes. By extracting the nuances from the elderflower we generate a concentrated flavour, rich on bothfreshness and sweetness, as well as discrete bitter characteristics from the flower. We use fresh, young ginger root that is dehydrated and blended. By the process of drying the gingeroler is converted to shagoaoler, which intensifies the sharp, spicy flavour.

Blackcurrant is a highly aromatic and is recognised as a deep and intense fruity flavour. In order to preserve the natural characteristics of the berry, our winegum is made with the real berries as a natural aroma.
We use 100% ripe, fresh organic strawberries that are freezedried and then blended into a powder. The freezedrying technique ensures that all the fresh, sweet tastes of the natural berry is preserved with no artificial colours or flavours added.

A delicate deep, rich flavour of blackcurrant combined with a salty notes of liquorice for an enhanced tasting experience.
Blackcurrant is highly aromatic and is known for its piquant dark and deep flavour. In order to preserve the natural characteristics, we use only natural blackcurrant aroma made entirely from the fresh berries. The essence is natural product free from any artificial substances that may cause allergens or intolerances.
We use powdered, organic liquorice root extract. The liquorice powder is rich on the sweet aromasubstance glycyrrhizic, and is added salmiac which gives it a sharp and lightly salted taste.

Acidic berry flavours with a powerful liquorice taste
Sweet notes that enhances one another and combines the lightly acidic berry flavour with the powerfull liquorice.
Liquorice exists in many flavour varieties. We use a black, soft raw liquorice with a dark, powerfull taste and a light bitterness.
We use fresh freezedried sea buckthorn which grows along the coast lines of Denmark. The freezedrying technique ensures that the aromatic berry preserves its acidity alongside its sweet undertones and other natural characteristics, completely without artificial colours or preservatives.
