Raspberry is one of the great classics in the danish berry garden. The raspberry creates an easily recognisable and sweet taste of summer. Contrary to this the mango is a great classic, exotic fruit brought in from the asian kitchen.
The amazing sweetness of the mango as well as the slight fruity acidity, has made the fruit popular in the cold as well as the warm kitchen. We use crushed whole raspberries, for which reason the entire raspberry including seeds is used in the winegum. The freezedrying technique ensures both a great, rich taste and smell.
