A delicate connection of flavours
A varm, spicy bite balances the sweet, sour and bitter notes. By extracting the nuances from the elderflower we generate a concentrated flavour, rich on bothfreshness and sweetness, as well as discrete bitter characteristics from the flower. We use fresh, young ginger root that is dehydrated and blended. By the process of drying the gingeroler is converted to shagoaoler, which intensifies the sharp, spicy flavour.
