In collaboration with one of Denmarks best chefs, Jakob Mielcke, we have developed a new winegum in our Signature™-line.
Signature™ is a unique tasting experience made in collaboration with the best chefs, with the purpose to give you the best possible experience. The entire profits from the sales of Signature™ goes to charity of the chefs choice.
The flavour combinations resulting from the work with Jakob Mielcke is Liquorice with Woodruff, and the profits from the sales goes to Red Cross. Woodruff is a multi year winter herb that grows wildly in the danish forests. The green part of the plant contains Kumarin.
Kumarin has a delicate smell of fresh hay. When this herb is used right, it has a light sweet and bitter flowery taste.
Woodruff is often used by Jakob Mielcke in deserts in his well renowned restaurant Mielcke & Hurtigkarl in the heart of Frederiksberg.
Jakob has chosen to make this project part of "Club 10" (Klub 10) together with Red Cross.
Club 10: Every year Red Cross chooses 10 famous cultural and business oriented entrepreneurs to help collecting funds for Red Cross so that the good work generated by the organisation can keep on helping people in need.
