The Signature Box contains two delicious flavour combinations:
- Signature Edition - Liquorice winegum coated with lemon thyme and lemon verbena powder
- Pink grapefruit winegum coated with apricot powder
This Signature Edition is a collaboration with Jeppe Foldager, head kitchen chef at Dragsholm Castle. The Signature Edition is a delicious liquorice winegum with a touch of the fresh and aromatic taste of lemon thyme and lemon verbena.

"I love the taste of both lemon thyme and lemon verbena; their spicy flavour is often used in my kitchen. I also really enjoy the taste combination of citrus and liquorice."
Jeppe Foldager's Signature Edition is accompanied by Pink grapefruit with apricot, which is his favourite Wally and Whiz winegum. Pink grapefruit with apricot offers a delightful combination of bitter and sweet tastes.
The Signature series is an exclusive and limited collection of winegums developed in collaboration with some of the best chefs the world has to offer. Talented personalities, that are working with taste experiences every day - exactly like we do ourselves.
Our Signature Series has allowed us to help those in need since we launched the collection in 2015. Jeppe Foldager has chosen to support The Danish Hospital Clowns with every product sold.
