Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed above may be cancelled and refunded.
I have placed an order – what happens now?
Thank you for your order — we are excited to prepare your gourmet winegums.
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after completing your purchase.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
How long is the delivery time?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm (CET) are typically packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day at the latest.
Delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–4 business days, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed after 12 pm (CET) on Fridays or during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
During particularly busy periods or in the event of unforeseen logistics issues, longer delivery times may occur.
Where will my parcel be delivered?
If you choose home or business delivery, the parcel will be delivered to the specified address.
If delivery is not possible, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop.
You will receive an email notification when the parcel is ready for collection.
If you choose parcel shop delivery, you will be notified once the parcel is ready for pickup.
Parcels must typically be collected within 14 days, after which they will be returned to us.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
In some cases, delivery may be handled by a local logistics partner of GLS.

I have not received my parcel — what should I do?
If you have not received a tracking number or your parcel within 4 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@wallyandwhiz.com so we can assist you.
Before reaching out, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder.
My products were damaged during transport — what should I do?
We are very sorry if your order arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the parcel and include:

A photo of the shipping box

A photo of the shipping label

A photo of the damaged product(s)

Your order number
We will handle the situation as quickly as possible and ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.
