How to shop with us

  1. Explore our exciting universe at www.wallyandwhiz.com.
  2. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your basket. 
  3. Agree to our terms and conditions and then proceed to checkout. 
  4. Fill out your email address, name, company name, delivery address and mobile number.
  5. Choose you preferred delivery method.
  6. Choose your preferred payment method.
  7. Double-check your contact information. Please ensure that we have the correct email address and delivery address.
  8. You can now complete the purchase.
  9. Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

All prices include VAT and other taxes. All agreements are under Danish law when you shop at www.wallyandwhiz.com.

Payments

You can use the following payment methods at www.wallyandwhiz.com:
PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

There is no surcharge for purchasing at www.wallyandwhiz.com.

The purchase amount is not charged to your card until the order is dispatched from the warehouse. No amount larger than the amount you authorised at the time of purchase can be withdrawn from your card.

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, however not after a purchase has been completed.

There is no VAT refund when shipping to countries outside the EU.

 

Freight

Orders placed on www.wallyandwhiz.com can currently be delivered to the following countries only:

  • Sweden

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed above may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery time

Orders on weekdays

If you place an order on weekdays before 12 pm (CET), the order will be packed and shipped the same day or the next business day at the latest.

The delivery time from dispatch until delivery is usually 2–4 business days, depending on the destination country.

Orders placed after 12 pm (CET) on Friday or during weekends / public holidays

Orders placed after 12 pm (CET) on Friday or during weekends or public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that during particularly busy periods, in the event of acute illness at our warehouse, or due to internal parcel handling issues at one of our transport partners, longer delivery times may occur.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from GLS.

Once the parcel has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may be handled by a local subcontractor of GLS.

The right of cancellation

If your cancel your purchase
In compliance with Danish law, Wally and Whiz offers a 14-day full return right from the day you receive the products. You must therefore notify us within 14 days of receiving your products that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done by sending an email with the text "RETURNS" in the subject field to info@wallyandwhiz.com. The email must contain the name and address of the recipient of the products, bank account information, and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can't cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the products.

Returns
You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for all direct costs related to returning the products. When returning the products, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packaged. You hold the responsibility of the products from the time of delivery to you until we receive the products. You lose your right of cancellation if you break the seal on the product.

Money back
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid for the item(s). This will be done no later than 14 days after we have received the product(s), provided that the above requirements have been met. If the value of the product(s) has/have deteriorated, Wally and Whiz reserves the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept packages sent COD (Collect on Delivery).

 

Complaints

When shopping at www.wallyandwhiz.com, you have a 24-months right of complaint under the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen from misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour or storaging. You must submit any complaints "within a reasonable time" after having discovered the defect(s). If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. Please send an email to info@wallyandwhiz.com as soon as possible. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund the full amount including (reasonable) return freight costs. Remember that the product must be returned in proper packaging and to keep a receipt of your freight costs so we can refund them.
